This Four Week Fitness Jump-Start program is designed to help catapult you into a consistent workout regime. Our three days a week of group fitness classes will help you shed fat, tone muscle, and increase your metabolism. As apart of your registration fee, you will also have unlimited access to our online training app, where you will have customized workouts built for you to complete at your home or gym the other two days of the week. That’s five days a week of guided training! Our online app will help keep you engaged and accountable, as there are daily check ins from your coach, Renee Miron.
